Electrical & QC
LED binning, SMPS sizing, IP54 sealing, and 24-hour burn tests to guarantee uniform glow without hotspots.
On-site services
Bengaluru-based survey teams measure fascia, plan hoisting, manage permissions, and execute installation nationwide.

Flex era pioneers
Began as a fabrication workshop producing iron-frame non-lit boards and vinyl graphics for Bengaluru retailers.

Discover & scope
We audit the site, capture fascia dimensions, analyse footfall patterns, and shortlist signage types (non-lit, glow sign board, ACP 2D/3D, flange, fabric).
Step 02
Design & prototyping
Production drawings, artwork adaptation, dual-pass print proofs, LED layouts, and mounting plans are shared for approval within 48 hours.
Step 03
Fabricate & validate
Frames are welded, ACP routed, acrylic letters fabricated, LED harnesses tested, and flex/fabric prints laminated in controlled batches.
Step 04
Install & maintain
Specialist crews execute hoisting, wiring, and finishing. Post-install QC includes lux readings, structural checks, and a care handbook.
