The terms that guide our work together

These terms outline how we conduct signage consulting, fabrication, installation, and ongoing support. They protect both your project timelines and our team's craftsmanship. Submitting a quote request or placing an order means you accept these terms unless superseded by a written agreement.

1. Engagement

ShopNameBoard provides signage consultation, fabrication, installation, and maintenance services. By requesting a quote or placing an order you acknowledge that these Terms of Service apply to every project we deliver.

Consultations are complimentary. Detailed shop drawings, 3D renders, or site recce visits may attract fees that are communicated in advance.

2. Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise mentioned. Pricing can change if materials or scope differ from the initial briefing.

Orders are confirmed once we receive a purchase order or advance payment. Production slots are scheduled only after approval of artwork, specifications, and payment milestones.

3. Payments

A standard payment schedule is 50% advance, 40% before dispatch/installation, and 10% upon completion. Custom schedules may be agreed in writing.

Late payments may delay dispatch or attract interest at 1.5% per month. Materials procured specifically for your project remain the property of ShopNameBoard until payments are cleared.

4. Timelines & delivery

Lead times are shared along with every proposal. External factors such as site readiness, civil work, electricity availability, or local permissions can impact delivery dates.

Clients are responsible for providing access, power points, and structural support as discussed. Additional visits due to incomplete site readiness may be billed separately.

5. Warranty & maintenance

Standard warranty is 12 months on fabrication and installation workmanship. Electrical components follow OEM warranties.

Warranty becomes void if the signage is tampered with, relocated, or serviced by third parties without our written consent, or if recommended maintenance schedules are ignored.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Custom signage cannot be reused; therefore confirmed orders cancelled after procurement or production may incur charges proportional to the work completed.

If cancellation happens before procurement, only design or site visit fees (if any) will be payable.

7. Limitation of liability

ShopNameBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or profits. Our total liability is limited to the value of the invoice paid for the specific project.
